We will use the information you transmit to us through this site to answer your questions, register you for a course or seminar, provide you with a quote, subscribe you to our newsletter, and so on.

The treatment of your personal information is confidential. We do not sell or transmit any personal information about our customers to other organizations or companies. In all cases, your personal information is never reused for purposes other than those expressed here, unless we obtain your prior explicit consent.

Disclosure of your personal information outside Quebec

We usually store your personal information in Quebec. However, we may sometimes transfer your personal information to another Canadian province, Europe or the United States:

In this case, your personal information is also subject to the laws of that province or those countries (Specifically the General Data Protection Regulation for Europe). Please note that your personal information will only be transmitted abroad in the context of the purchase of asynchronous training or otherwise known as E-Learning.

We conduct a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), a process whereby we consider all factors that may impact on your privacy and assess whether the information will be adequately protected. We also sign a contract or agreement that includes appropriate security measures for the information disclosed.

Destruction of your personal information after fulfilling our obligations

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described in this policy. Even if you no longer have a relationship with us, we must retain your personal information for a certain period of time to meet our legal obligations. As long as we retain it, we continue to protect your personal information and ensure its confidentiality.

Technologia offers you a secure browsing environment throughout the purchasing process. Technologia uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt information transmitted through our site. This encryption guarantees that the connection is exclusively between you and Technologia, safe from prying eyes. Activation of encryption is indicated by a padlock icon in the status bar of your Web browser.

Like most commercial websites, the Technologia website uses cookies. Cookies allow us to identify your computer and save your preferences for future visits.

Our site uses harmless cookies to store certain information about your wish lists or selected courses (shopping cart), if you use them. The information stored is your name, address and other contact details. Technologia does not retain payment information.

The user may refuse cookies, but will then have to complete the form each time he/she wishes to register for a course.

Third-party suppliers, including Google, display Technologia ads on websites.
