Terms of use

Through its Web site, Technologia gives users the opportunity to choose courses that are the best suited to their needs or those of their collaborators. A “User” is defined as being any individual browsing on the technologia.com Web site.

1 Courses

Technologia gives users the opportunity to take professional training courses offered by pre-selected experts. These courses vary in length, format, location and cost. Technologia's training courses can be public or private, and delivered in person or remotely. Schedules may vary from one course to another. Prices for our training courses are provided in Canadian dollars.

1.1. Registration

Participants may register for a course until 5 p.m. the day before it is set to be delivered, provided that there are still spots available (i.e.: the maximum number of students has not been reached). We recommend that you contact Customer Service to ensure that  registration is still possible.

All registrations will be confirmed by email the next business day. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this timeframe, please contact us.

Registrations that include at least one online course (e-learning) can be made by credit card only.

1.2. Cancellation

No fees will be charged if changes or cancellations are made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled course date. After this time, a 15% administration fee will be charged for rescheduling. For cancellations without rescheduling, a 35% late cancellation fee will be charged. If a participant does not show up for a class or cancels on the day of the class, 100% of the amount paid will be retained by Technologia. Requests for cancellations or rescheduling should be emailed to formation@technologia.ca.

Participants may be substituted until the date of course delivery at no extra charge.

In the event that Technologia is forced to cancel a training session, the client will receive a refund of the entire registration fee. However, Technologia is not responsible for any other costs that may have been incurred (transportation, accommodation, etc.). Technologia shall inform participants as soon as possible of any change or cancellation.

1.3. E-learning

The duration of access to online courses is generally one year. Some courses may, however, have more limited access. As such, we advise you to always check this information, which is provided on the page dedicated to your specific course. Please note that no extensions shall be provided. Memberships for e-learning courses begin on the date of purchase. No cancellations or extensions shall be granted. Licenses for these courses are non-transferable. These purchases are considered final sales. E-learning products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

You will receive the information required to access the platform by email within 24 business hours following your registration. We recommend that you log in as soon as possible since, for security reasons, the links and temporary passwords provided are only valid for 10 days. After this time, you will need to contact us again to receive a new access link and temporary password.

Special rates can be applied for group registration. In this particular case, we invite you to complete the following form. Our team will be happy to contact you in order to provide more detailed information.

1.4. Testimonials and reviews

Technologia users are encouraged to share their opinions on the training courses they have taken with us. However, no review shall be published without prior monitoring or moderation by Technologia. Technologia reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish the review, without being required to provide any justification.
